Public Group Classes: These classes are larger in size and are at a lower price point. Typically they are offered every week on a particular day and time. They are excellent for building your practice and staying regularly on your mat. NOTE: These are not Christian yoga classes. Please book/request those privately or for your group via the form below.
Hatha Yoga Classes: (*Hatha means several breaths per posture) Held at The Dundas Museum (139 Park St. West, Dundas, Ontario)
Other Class Offerings: Virtual Live Instruction: This is a safe and convenient way for you to have your yoga. This can look many different ways. Whether a zoom call, a pre-filmed/downloadable video, or a Facebook chat, there are many ways, that together, we can safely and efficiently, get you reaching your yoga goals. Personal Yoga Instruction: These are individualized classes, working with your needs, wants, specific injuries, areas you'd like challenged in and your schedule. Excellent for deepening your practice, gaining confidence and/or to receive extra support. $75 for one hour plus mileage (NO hst is charged) -Please email or call directly (905-510-9682) for us to arrange a time/location! *please note* - I am only accepting established clients and referrals for in-person personal instruction at this time. Events/Group Privates: These are classes taught for your specific event. A few examples of events I've taught in the past include: Women's retreat, New Mom's retreat, Women's ministry night, Youth group, High school Phys. Ed class, High school music class, Choirs, and in the workplace (lunch break yoga). I really enjoy incorporating a theme, scripture or lesson you may be focusing on at your event, into my class. Yoga is an excellent activity to add to your event because it brings a unique aspect of team building- moving together, it can sharpen mental focus and help increase a boost of creativity and calmness to each individual, it can help gain a greater body-mind awareness which can aid in decision making and with the breathing techniques taught in class, it will help boost immune systems and decrease anxiety, stress and depression. Relax, have fun and be refreshed at your next group function! Downloadable Video: Are you busy and can't seem to find time to make it out to a class, or want to add more yoga to your weekly/monthly routine in the convenience of your own home? Requesting a personalized video is an excellent option for you! These are filmed in my home-studio and privately shared with you. Designed to fit your needs, each video is created with your needs/wants/variations of postures in mind. These are also helpful if you're recovering from an injury or are going on vacation and want to take your yoga with you. Videos don't expire and you can watch them over and over again. They are sent via Dropbox or thumb-drive in the mail at your request. $30 per 30 minutes -Please fill out the form below on this page to get your video request in!
